B.Tech/BE: Engineering is one of the most popular careers in India today. Even if you have scored more than 60%, engineering is a lucrative option for you. Some institutes term the Bachelor’s degree as BE or Bachelor of Engineering and some term it B.Tech or Bachelor in Technology. Job probability increases with BE or B.Tech Degree.
The basic requirement for these undergraduate courses is Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics at the 12th So, even a biology student having these subjects can take these courses.

MBBS: The first option for science students with biology at the 10 + 2 level is to further enhance MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery). This is the basic degree for an ambitious allopathic doctor. MBBS, as a career option, has a huge scope in India and abroad. After completing your MBBS, you can be an expert in areas such as neurosurgery, psychotherapy and orthopedics. The job industry is very big, you can work in the hospital or establish your own clinic.
As one of 10 + 2 main subjects with biology or life sciences Entrance examinations are organized for MBBS / BDS programs in various medical colleges across India. Some important entrance exams for MBBS are AIPMT, JIPMER and AIIMS.
